Sewer Rates:
One or two permanent residents $15.00 per month/Deposit $30.00
Three or more permanent residents $17.00 per month/Deposit $34.00
However if the owner, manager or person in control of the multifamily residential units files with the city a written election to pay for all units on one bill, the rate is $15.00 per unit per month.
Multifamily residential units containing twenty (20) or more units where the owner, manager or person in control of the units files with the city a written election to pay all units on one bill, the rate is $12.00 per unit per month.
The fee is due whether the unit is vacant or otherwise.
For commercial establishments and retail stores fitting the following example category (office, bank, savings and loan association, warehouse, daycare center licenses for ten or fewer children, bakery, auto recycler, auto salvage and auto repair, beauty shop, barber shop and print shop).
For commercial and industrial uses fitting the following examples category (car wash, laundry, school, church, slaughter house, service station and auto repairs and car washing, restaurants, motels, bars and taverns, convenience stores, food processing establishments and daycare centers licensed for more than ten children).
All users in this category are required to install, at the user's expense, a flow meter measuring device acceptable type and design to the city and to pay the following monthly sewage charge: $20.00 per month, plus $2.00 per one thousand gallons of sewage flow.
